Thabang Clifford Maredi
is a Senior and a Sole Director and he is also the Founder of the Law Firm Thabang Clifford Maredi in 2012 which Later Changed its Name to Moetsi Maredi Inc.
He has been in the Legal Services Industry for more than 18 years. Specialising in Corporate and Commercial Law, Tax Law, Financial Markets, Banking Law, Commercial Dispute Resolutions, Commercial Litigation, Corporate Recoveries, Liquidations and Insolvency Law.
He started his Legal Career in 2001 as a Candidate Attorney at Honey Attorneys (INC) and thereafter worked as a Liquidator/Trustee and a Judicial Manager for Honey Attorneys and Katleho Trust (Vehicle established by Honey Attorneys Business Trust to operate the Firm’s Corporate Recoveries, Liquidations and Insolvencies Department). He has been an Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa since December 2003.
He then went on to work for Standard Bank of South Africa Limited as a Compliance Manager within the Standard Executors and Trustees Department in 2004 and thereafter work as the Legal Counsel for a short period of time at Computershare (Where he was involved, amongst other big Transactions, in the ASONGE BEE SHARE SCHEME).
In 2007 he joined the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development as an Assistant Master of The High Court (Deputy Director Level) until 2010, He Then Joined Deloitte & Touche Trust (Pty) Ltd “D & T TRUST”
as a Senior Manager.
Thabang is currently serving on the Panels of Liquidators, Trustees, Judicial Managers and Receivers of Creditors at Following offices:

T C M Attorneys (Incorporated) was founded in 2012 by Thabang Clifford Maredi, it subsequently Changed its Name to Moetsi Maredi Inc in 2014. and it has now gone back to its Initial Name since December 2018.
The Firm was formed after the realization that there was complete vacuum in respect of Black Legal Firms with Attorneys who are experts in the Legal Commercial field.
We are at present a Black Owned Company and envisaged to become a Black Woman-Empowerment Company, which would be in line with the Legal Profession Charter.
The Firm’s Senior Professionals have, through wide varying experience in the legal fraternity, they demonstrate an ability to manage and execute complex legal instructions and find innovative solutions in that Regard.
